• Sunel Group, established in the Republic in 1996.
• In 1998, the company merged with Stancom and formed Stansun a 50/50 JV.
• In 2009, with the closing of Dimon Kyrgyzstan, The company formed as Sunel Tobacco Kyrgyztan, by assuming certain assets of Dimon
• In 2016, Constant Leaf Tobocco was re-formed by top management team of Sunel Tobacco by taking over all assets & the processing facility of the company in Osh.
